All of our pieces are skillfully handcrafted in Madrid by the hands of very special and delicate jewelers.  Our studio requires between 14 to 21 working days to produce custom-made pieces or out of stock items. If for reasons beyond our control we cannot deliver your order within the established period, we will contact you directly to arrange a new delivery date.  If you wish to return a product, please email us at hello@luminous-studio-jewelry.com and we will help you to proceed with your return as soon as possible. In order for the return to be executed, the articles must be in perfect condition and returned with their respective labels. The deadline for any return or change is 7 working days from the date of purchase.

 

Our jewelry pieces are handmade in Spain with the highest quality standards. However, they must be treated with proper care to ensure they last a lifetime. We recommend that you clean your jewelry with soap and water on a regular basis and always keep them in a leather or cloth bag to avoid damage. Avoid contact with chemical products, perfumes and creams. If you have a problem with your piece, please get in touch with us. We will do anything within our means to help you solve it.
